Since the differentiation from competitors is an essential part of the members strategy, this is pursued not only by using the asset that is the Retailer Brand, but also by researching original policies in the relationship with the Brand-name Industry and by exploring markets and unusual buying opportunities. Innovation in the management of the relationship with suppliers (with a view to simplification and transparency) and, more generally, the search for a streamlined supply chain are the pillars of Agorà Networks objectives.
